Hold - Rabbit is spoken for but no deposit received. Deposit or payment is expected within five calander days of date you notified me that you wanted a particular animal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or email.
Reserved - Non-refundable deposit has been received but rabbit hasn't been paid in full.
Sold - Rabbit has been paid for in full and is just awaiting a prearranged transport method.
Deposit and Holding Information
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on any rabbit before we can hold it for you. We will hold a rabbit for one week (seven calander days) from the date we receive the deposit. You are responsible to pick up your rabbit here at the rabbitry unless other arrangements have been previously made prior to me receiving your deposit. If you do not pick up the rabbit within the specified amount of time it will be opened up for someone else to buy and you will loose your deposit. We require the other 50% in cash when you pick up the rabbit. I will not accept a check or any other means at that time.
If the rabbit is under eight weeks of age, you will have one week (seven calender days)
from the time the rabbit obtains the age of eight weeks to pick up the
animal or it will be made available to another person to buy and you
will loose your deposit. No rabbits will be sold before the age of eight
weeks.
If you want you can pay in full ahead of time instead of making a deposit. A receipt will be provided upon your request. Please specify what type of receipt you want (Email or paper) and what information you want on the receipt (Names, Addresses, Phone, Email, Price, Tattoo, Name, Date, etc).
I will hold a rabbit for you for five days without a deposit but a deposit must be received within those five days or you must pick up the rabbit and pay in full, with cash, within those five days otherwise it will be made available to the next customer.
Shipping information
We do not ship rabbits nationally or internationally. However.....
You could arrange to pick up your rabbit(s) at any shows that I may be going to, or arrange for another breeder to transport the rabbit(s) to a show that you will be attending. Sometimes there will be a small transport fee to have the rabbit transported by another breeder and you will be responsible for that fee. It might be possible to transport rabbits to nationals and other shows if given enough time to work out the details. I might be able to find a breeder driving to your area but give me time to arrange it.
We promise to keep your personal information private and will not sell, or give it to anyone or any party without your expressed permission either via email or written letter.
Legal disclaimer & Refund policy
Due to the potential possibilities of lawsuits or problems, we are required to post this policy on our website. We do not foresee any problems occuring with the purchase(s) of our rabbit(s) but just in case something does occur please read the following statement.
We can not be held responsible for the health of our rabbits once they leave our facility. We will replace or refund your purchase if we are notified within 48 hours of purchasing a rabbit if said rabbit is sick or dies from improper care on our part. If the rabbit falls ill or dies due to problems caused by lack of care and/or improper conditions at the purchaser's home or facility we can not be held responsible and will not refund your money or replace said rabbit. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email us to let us know and we will consider each case as it is made known to us. We want both you and the rabbit to be happy with the new situation so if you have any problems or concerns contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Payment options and information
We accept the following methods of payment. Read each one carefully to decide which is best for you.
- PayPal - We accept and encourage the use of PayPal because it is fast and easy. It will take 3 -4 days to process from your paypal account to mine so plan ahead and be sure to email me saying that the money is on the way or I may sell the rabbit to someone else if I'm unaware that payment is being sent.
- Personal Check - Personal Checks are fine and will be accepted in advance but they must clear the bank and not bounce before we will put a rabbit on hold for you. If a check is bad and bounces you will be responsible for any fees that are imposed by not only your bank but my bank as well. This can add up really fast as some banks charge $100 for a bounced check. Mine charges $30. This will be in addition to the fees your bank charges and the cost of the rabbit(s). Keep this in mind and do not write bad checks. Always double check to make sure you have the funds. I will possibly hold a check for a day or two but I do not appreciate it and if it happens repeatedly then I may refuse business with you in the future. We will not accept checks when you come to pick up your rabbit so please remember this. We must receive cash when you come to pick up your rabbit if you have not paid in full in advance.
- Bank or Money Order - These are pretty self explanatory.
- Cash - I will accept cash when you pick up your rabbit(s). You can pay in full upon pick up if you pick up within five calender days of the date you informed me that you wanted a particular rabbit and/or the rabbit reaches the age of eight weeks. If you have previously reserved a rabbit from me and paid a 50% deposit on that rabbit then I will expect the other 50% in cash before I will release the rabbit to your care.
